Shows the inner workings of the Ford Caliper used on many versions such as Sable, Taurus, etc. Once your take the rear arm off the back it can be pressed or tapped out with hammer. It is held in by friction. Obviously the piston is out prior to extraction shown in video.
There are five seals in the Centric kit. 143.61034 replaces 41244
You will have to take apart the entire assembly to fit these parts. If your piston is badly pitted it may not be cost effective to do the repair. Mine were in good shape so Full Speed ahead.
